How to locate your policy documents

Policy documents are based on the commencement date of your policy, which can be found on your policy schedule and renewal letters.

Please note that, in some cases where your application for insurance was made immediately prior to the introduction of a revised PDS, the relevant PDS may depend on the date of your application.
