Every claim is different and we take the time to understand what each person needs. Because sometimes, what you need is just a bit of extra help, like having access to career coaching services when you are ready to return to work.
When you are ready to go back to work after being on claim, the first step for us is to complete a career coaching assessment so we can figure out what’s right for you. This tailored approach will allow us to reflect on your situation, whether that’s returning you to your previous occupation or finding you a new one.
Our career coaching services can include;
- helping you to plan your return to the workforce,
- job search support including resume development and interview skills coaching,
- introduction to prospective employers and sourcing work trials,
- access to practical training and certified upskilling courses, and
- support for new business development.
